Our Reponsibile Materials
BIO-SOURCED
100% plant based made from sugarcane residue (bagasse). The sugarcane comes from sustainably managed farms, using only residue left after multiple extractions — minimizing waste and preserving ecosystems.
RECYCLED MATERIALS
We design packaging that prioritizes the use of recycled materials.
From bottles, dispensers, and caps made of recycled plastic to labels crafted from recycled paper, we ensure sustainability at every step. Even our soaps are thoughtfully wrapped in recycled cardboard boxes and recycled paper, underscoring our commitment to reduce our environmental impact.
ALUMINIUM
Lightweight, durable, and infinitely recyclable, aluminum is one of Earth’s most abundant resources. It provides a strong alternative to plastic without compromising quality.
Our recent innovations
CARDBOARD TUBE
Groupe GM is the first company in the hospitality sector to launch a cardboard tube as part of a hotel amenities line.
This eco-innovative packaging can be customized to meet the specific needs of hoteliers and reduces plastic usage by up to 99% compared to conventional plastic tubes.
SOLID
The launch of a solid amenity line free from plastic underscores Groupe GM’s commitment to creating a more sustainable world. This line requires 9 times less water to produce compared to conventional liquid formulations. The packaging is made from FSC-certified cardboard and coated with a water-resistant varnish.
ECOFILL
A safe and sustainable dispenser system with sealed refill pouches using only 8 g of recyclable plastic. Safer than uncontrolled bulk refills, it ensures full product traceability and eliminates bacterial contamination risks.
This accessory line is the only one in the market, verified by SGS. It includes bamboo combs and toothbrushes, shaving soaps, toothpaste pills, cotton buds and pads, a shower cap, a paper sewing kit with a mother-of-pearl button, and slippers made from cotton canvas and strawboard. All items are packaged in FSC® certified paper, unbleached and printed with soy ink.
TRAYS
Our BIOCOMP® trays are 100% plant-based, 100% recyclable and certified 100% vegetal compostable.
We also offer other sustainable alternatives, including wooden trays made from responsibly sourced materials such as bamboo and oak. These trays are designed to support recyclability and compatibility with waste reclamation processes.
ACCESSORIES
To offer you a more environmentally friendly alternative to conventional plastic, our conventional accessories are made from renewable resources of plant origins, such as corn or straw.
Our lines are packaged in paper bags or recyclable cardboard boxes, featuring pre-cut openings to ensure both hygiene and safety for your guests.
